Carrington Brown is a Licensed Therapist and Relationship Coach dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. With years of experience supporting clients through challenges ranging from marital conflict to emotional healing, Carrington brings a compassionate, practical, and results-driven approach to every session.

Specializing in marriage repair, marriage preparation, and relational development, he equips couples with the tools to communicate deeply, resolve conflict effectively, and strengthen their emotional and spiritual foundations. Carrington also works with singles, guiding them through the healing and alignment needed to position themselves for healthy, intentional relationships.

In addition to his therapeutic work, Carrington integrates personal development and mindset coaching to help clients break unhealthy cycles, overcome internal barriers, and thrive in their relationships and daily lives. Carrington lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife of 11 years, Ashley, and their four children. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health & Counseling.
